The team at West Cobb Dentistry made my dental experience as comfortable as possible. They provided clear explanations at every stage of the procedures. The hygienist was attentive and considerate, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. I signed up as a new patient and received several emails and text messages before my visit. I was greeted by two lovely reception staff who put me at ease and handed me over to Cheryl. She took X-rays and photos and was absolutely fabulous telling me what was going on and what needed addressing. We came up with a plan which I confirmed with Dr Tia, she was also fantastic and was willing to work with me and my hectic schedules to get the work done that I need. Awesome practice. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and professional. Had about a three minute wait before they called me back. Dr. Tia and Savannah really know their stuff. I had several issues and they addressed each one. It was such a remarkable difference from where I had been going. I will definitely be a long time patient. Nobody likes going to the dentist but I wasn’t white knuckling it. 😂😂😂

I was a bit late for my appointment because of traffic and the ladies at the front desk could not have been any more understanding, they were very sweet . ThenDiana did my X-rays and was warm and wonderful. Dr. Harding was very nice, understanding and gave me options for treatment. I think I found my new Dentist! I brought my 10 year old daughter to WCD to assess a whether a cracked tooth needed to be extracted. She had one extracted 4 years ago at a local pediatric dentist; it was such a terrible experience she has been terrified to go back since. After going to WCD, she asked if she could go back to the dentist every two weeks! I laughed so hard, she loved her hygienist (Jennifer I think) and the dentist was just a kind and comforting. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness from the entire front staff, including Kasey and Kellie. The fish tank at the front area is such a great centerpiece, I’ve never seen a dentist office have one before! My hygienist, Brooke, is very thorough and gentle. She explains everything that she does and is very knowledgeable. She made the entire experience very spa-like. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking to switch dental homes or just looking to get on track with their oral hygiene. Dr. Harding is very professional and I can honestly say that I trust everyone at this office! They offer an in-house insurance plan for their uninsured patients, which definitely makes going to the dentist more affordable than paying for dental insurance.

No one likes going to the dentist but when you have to, you want to make sure that you are in good hands! I have been going to West Cobb Dentistry for 3 plus years since moving out to Georgia from California. I miss Dr. Chase Hall but the new dentist they brought on, Dr. Couk is fantastic. You can tell he has extensive experience and is very knowledgeable. He will go in depth what your symptoms are, root cause of the problem. Then he will lay out remedies and options for you. Unlike some dentists that try to sell you more services and products, he is looking out for your best interest. Believe me, I have had a dentist try to sell me a teeth guard that costs several hundred dollars telling me I can lift more weights!And of course, the staff here is magnificent! Even if you have dental insurance, unfortunately the cost of getting dental treatment is not cheap. I have had to get two crowns so far and Kellie Guffin has been very helpful with the process. I think being informed and knowing what the cost impact is going to be is very important.And I must add that the hygienists are very thorough and gentle. For the world of me I could not get my husband to get his teeth cleaned as he does not like going to the dentist but I “tricked” him to going and got help from the staff No need to say he booked his next teeth cleaning appointment. Finally the dental assistants are always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a local, trustworthy dentist, West Cobb Dentistry is it!

The hygienists are meticulous and efficient. One time, I used another dental practice because of a insurance change, and I was sorry that I did. The other practice was unprofessional; I felt like I was being sold services that were unnecessary. West Cobb Dentistry has always been able to work with me, no matter what insurance plan that I have had. They would rather extend a discount to me, than lose me as a patient. All of the same staff, that I met 20+ years ago, are still at West Cobb Dentistry! The practice is doing many things right!

This is, by far, the best dental exam experience I've ever had. As soon as I entered the office, the staff were extremely friendly. The hygienist, Brittany, was so friendly, comforting, and gentle! I signed up as a new patient and received several emails and text messages before my visit. I was greeted by two lovely reception staff who put me at ease and handed me over to Cheryl. She took X-rays and photos and was absolutely fabulous telling me what was going on and what needed addressing. I brought my 10 year old daughter to WCD to assess a whether a cracked tooth needed to be extracted. She had one extracted 4 years ago at a local pediatric dentist; it was such a terrible experience she has been terrified to go back since. Very professional and clean. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, and quick to process my paperwork and get me back. The hygienist was so gentle yet thorough. One of the most gentle cleanings I've ever had! The staff and facility were extremely clean and following all the CDC recommendations. Dr. Harding is excellent. I followed her from her previous practice. She is extremely knowledgeable and very gentle as well.

My husband and I have been patients of WCD for years and despite the fact that we recently moved further away from their office we will continue going to them for all our dental needs. Love the hygienists, and the front office people. Just met the new lead dentist and he seems great also. Their in-house insurance plan is fairly priced. They are also prompt in taking you at your appointed time. We're big fans!

This was my first visit to this practice, after following Dr. Harding here, & the staff was wonderful! My hygienist, Beth was great, & the front desk staff couldn't have been friendlier. I highly recommend West Cobb Dentistry.

No one likes going to the dentist but when you have to, you want to make sure that you are in good hands! I have been going to West Cobb Dentistry for 3 plus years since moving out to Georgia from California. I miss Dr. Chase Hall but the new dentist they brought on, Dr. Couk is fantastic. You can tell he has extensive experience and is very knowledgeable. He will go in depth what your symptoms are, root cause of the problem. Then he will lay out remedies and options for you. Unlike some dentists that try to sell you more services and products, he is looking out for your best interest. Believe me, I have had a dentist try to sell me a teeth guard that costs several hundred dollars telling me I can lift more weights!And of course, the staff here is magnificent! Even if you have dental insurance, unfortunately the cost of getting dental treatment is not cheap. I have had to get two crowns so far and Kellie Guffin has been very helpful with the process. I think being informed and knowing what the cost impact is going to be is very important.And I must add that the hygienists are very thorough and gentle. For the world of me I could not get my husband to get his teeth cleaned as he does not like going to the dentist but I “tricked” him to going and got help from the staff No need to say he booked his next teeth cleaning appointment. Finally the dental assistants are always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a local, trustworthy dentist, West Cobb Dentistry is it!

I switched dentists because I felt like there was always an issue with billing or they would always try to upcharge me for services I did not need. WCD were very thorough and honest and told me the truth about my dental health. Good first visit.

Let me start off with saying that I haven't had the best luck with dental offices until I've been to West Cobb Dentistry. I haven't been to the dentist in almost 2 years because of my fear, but everyone in this office is so friendly and approachable. They truly seem to care about their clients! Beth was my hygienist - she took the time to ensure I was comfortable and made sure that I was aware of her process the entire time. Even though it is a haul for me to get to, I will never use another office!!

My family has been going to West Cobb Dentistry for over 20 years. We have always been treated well. The dentists always provide reasonable options for treatment. The hygienists are meticulous and efficient. One time, I used another dental practice because of a insurance change, and I was sorry that I did. The other practice was unprofessional; I felt like I was being sold services that were unnecessary. West Cobb Dentistry has always been able to work with me, no matter what insurance plan that I have had. They would rather extend a discount to me, than lose me as a patient. All of the same staff, that I met 20+ years ago, are still at West Cobb Dentistry! The practice is doing many things right!

We absolutely love this office! They work with us while our family is going through a lot and always find us late enough appointments. This is, by far, the best dental exam experience I've ever had. As soon as I entered the office, the staff were extremely friendly. The hygienist, Brittany, was so friendly, comforting, and gentle! I tend to be sensitive when it comes to cleanings, but I never once felt uncomfortable. Dr. Hall was extremely nice and informative. He made sure I understood any problem areas and a thorough plan of action. I will definitely return, and I hope you give them a try, too!

Only always good things to say about this practice and all the staff! Our family has been with the practice for a number of years and have been very pleased. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. They are considerate of our time, never any long waits. Although they are conscientious about explaining what is needed and what may be a possible issue in the future, they are also very good about not pushing the cosmetic extras. Very happy to have found West Cobb Dentistry!
