I really appreciate that while they give suggestions regarding the care, they never push for expensive options, and don't drill my teeth at every chance. I was a bit late for my appointment because of traffic and the ladies at the front desk could not have been any more understanding, they were very sweet . ThenDiana did my X-rays and was warm and wonderful. Dr. Harding was very nice, understanding and gave me options for treatment. I think I found my new Dentist! I brought my 10 year old daughter to WCD to assess a whether a cracked tooth needed to be extracted. She had one extracted 4 years ago at a local pediatric dentist; it was such a terrible experience she has been terrified to go back since. After going to WCD, she asked if she could go back to the dentist every two weeks! I laughed so hard, she loved her hygienist (Jennifer I think) and the dentist was just a kind and comforting. The most pleasant office ever! I love my hygienist and look forward to our fun conversations every 6 months. They are very quick too, I never wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I had a cleaning today and was in and out in 40 minutes! This is also a very honest dental office, I never worry that they will recommend unnecessary treatments.

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness from the entire front staff, including Kasey and Kellie. The fish tank at the front area is such a great centerpiece, I’ve never seen a dentist office have one before! My hygienist, Brooke, is very thorough and gentle. She explains everything that she does and is very knowledgeable. She made the entire experience very spa-like. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking to switch dental homes or just looking to get on track with their oral hygiene. Dr. Harding is very professional and I can honestly say that I trust everyone at this office! They offer an in-house insurance plan for their uninsured patients, which definitely makes going to the dentist more affordable than paying for dental insurance.

Love the hygienists, and the front office people. Just met the new lead dentist and he seems great also. Their in-house insurance plan is fairly priced. No one likes going to the dentist but when you have to, you want to make sure that you are in good hands! I have been going to West Cobb Dentistry for 3 plus years since moving out to Georgia from California. I miss Dr. Chase Hall but the new dentist they brought on, Dr. Couk is fantastic. You can tell he has extensive experience and is very knowledgeable. He will go in depth what your symptoms are, root cause of the problem. Then he will lay out remedies and options for you. Unlike some dentists that try to sell you more services and products, he is looking out for your best interest. Believe me, I have had a dentist try to sell me a teeth guard that costs several hundred dollars telling me I can lift more weights!And of course, the staff here is magnificent! Even if you have dental insurance, unfortunately the cost of getting dental treatment is not cheap. I have had to get two crowns so far and Kellie Guffin has been very helpful with the process. I think being informed and knowing what the cost impact is going to be is very important.And I must add that the hygienists are very thorough and gentle. For the world of me I could not get my husband to get his teeth cleaned as he does not like going to the dentist but I “tricked” him to going and got help from the staff No need to say he booked his next teeth cleaning appointment. Finally the dental assistants are always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a local, trustworthy dentist, West Cobb Dentistry is it!

I haven't been to the dentist in almost 2 years because of my fear, but everyone in this office is so friendly and approachable. They truly seem to care about their clients! My family has been going to West Cobb Dentistry for over 20 years. We have always been treated well. The dentists always provide reasonable options for treatment. The hygienists are meticulous and efficient. One time, I used another dental practice because of a insurance change, and I was sorry that I did. The other practice was unprofessional; I felt like I was being sold services that were unnecessary. West Cobb Dentistry has always been able to work with me, no matter what insurance plan that I have had. They would rather extend a discount to me, than lose me as a patient. All of the same staff, that I met 20+ years ago, are still at West Cobb Dentistry! The practice is doing many things right!

Staff is very friendly and professional. Going to the dentist is not usually my favorite experience, however I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Services are very reasonable too. I have a new dentist for life!!!

This is, by far, the best dental exam experience I've ever had. As soon as I entered the office, the staff were extremely friendly. The hygienist, Brittany, was so friendly, comforting, and gentle! I tend to be sensitive when it comes to cleanings, but I never once felt uncomfortable. Dr. Hall was extremely nice and informative. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. They are considerate of our time, never any long waits. Although they are conscientious about explaining what is needed and what may be a possible issue in the future, they are also very good about not pushing the cosmetic extras. I brought my 10 year old daughter to WCD to assess a whether a cracked tooth needed to be extracted. She had one extracted 4 years ago at a local pediatric dentist; it was such a terrible experience she has been terrified to go back since. No one likes going to the dentist but when you have to, you want to make sure that you are in good hands! I have been going to West Cobb Dentistry for 3 plus years since moving out to Georgia from California. I miss Dr. Chase Hall but the new dentist they brought on, Dr. Couk is fantastic. You can tell he has extensive experience and is very knowledgeable. He will go in depth what your symptoms are, root cause of the problem. Then he will lay out remedies and options for you. Unlike some dentists that try to sell you more services and products, he is looking out for your best interest. Believe me, I have had a dentist try to sell me a teeth guard that costs several hundred dollars telling me I can lift more weights!And of course, the staff here is magnificent! Even if you have dental insurance, unfortunately the cost of getting dental treatment is not cheap. I have had to get two crowns so far and Kellie Guffin has been very helpful with the process. I think being informed and knowing what the cost impact is going to be is very important.And I must add that the hygienists are very thorough and gentle. For the world of me I could not get my husband to get his teeth cleaned as he does not like going to the dentist but I “tricked” him to going and got help from the staff No need to say he booked his next teeth cleaning appointment. Finally the dental assistants are always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a local, trustworthy dentist, West Cobb Dentistry is it!

I have always been very well treated and cared for by the entire staff at West Cobb Dentistry. It's a friendly, welcoming office. They are very accommodating both in scheduling and in payments / insurance matters.

My family has been going to West Cobb Dentistry for over 20 years. We have always been treated well. The dentists always provide reasonable options for treatment. The hygienists are meticulous and efficient. One time, I used another dental practice because of a insurance change, and I was sorry that I did. The other practice was unprofessional; I felt like I was being sold services that were unnecessary. West Cobb Dentistry has always been able to work with me, no matter what insurance plan that I have had. They would rather extend a discount to me, than lose me as a patient. All of the same staff, that I met 20+ years ago, are still at West Cobb Dentistry! The practice is doing many things right!

Switched many years ago to W Cobb Dentistry. Not as close to my home as my old dentist but the people make the drive so worth it. They know you and your family and have seen me within hours of an issue - no appointment needed - just told me to get down there and they’d take care of it and they did! Shout out to Kaminski!

I highly recommend West Cobb Dentistry. Our whole family goes there. The office manager Kellie treats you like family and is a true professional! The whole front office staff is friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are awesome! I can’t say enough great things about Dr Hall. He’s so gentle and compassionate. West Cobb Dentistry is the Best around!!!

I visited this office to obtain a 2nd opinion on an issue I'm having with a tooth. They provided a lot of info and did so in a caring manner. They didn't try to pressure me into a decision but made sure that I have an option just in case I loose my tooth.

My wife and I began coming to Dr. Gottee over 30 years ago, and even though the practice has changed hands, we still experience the same superior quality of care that has kept us coming back for so many years. We absolutely love this office! They work with us while our family is going through a lot and always find us late enough appointments. And I don’t feel pressure to do more dental work than we are comfortable with. I can not recommend them highly enough. They are exactly what we were looking for and will stay with them for years. I visited the office on January 9, 2018 to have a procedure and I do have to say I was impressed with the entire staff, but more specifically Dr. Hall. My daughter needed a stubborn baby tooth extracted so that her orthodontist can properly align her teeth. Appointment was at 3 o’clock, we were out of there by 3:25. Very quick, professional, & friendly to deal with.

I had my regular dental cleaning on 12/19/17 at 4:00p (on-time). I get there early each time, but there is a relaxing atmosphere. The staff including the dentist are the BEST!. Thank you for always making me feel welcome. See you in 6-months. Merry Christmas, and happy holidays!

This is, by far, the best dental exam experience I've ever had. As soon as I entered the office, the staff were extremely friendly. The hygienist, Brittany, was so friendly, comforting, and gentle! I tend to be sensitive when it comes to cleanings, but I never once felt uncomfortable. Dr. Hall was extremely nice and informative. He made sure I understood any problem areas and a thorough plan of action. I will definitely return, and I hope you give them a try, too!

Only always good things to say about this practice and all the staff! Our family has been with the practice for a number of years and have been very pleased. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. They are considerate of our time, never any long waits. Although they are conscientious about explaining what is needed and what may be a possible issue in the future, they are also very good about not pushing the cosmetic extras. Very happy to have found West Cobb Dentistry!
